enlightenment

To enjoy good health, to bring true happiness to one’s family, to bring peace to all, one must first discipline and control one’s own mind. If a man can control his mind he can find the way to Enlightenment, and all wisdom and virtue will naturally come to him.”–Buddha

Haved you reached a state of Enlightenment? If you can say yes to all of these questions then you are more than likely on the same level as the Dalai Lama.

-Do you know that you are more than just your mind, more than just your body, and that there is something else at work in the world?

-Do you have a natural respect for others, nature and the wider universe?

-Are you free from negative emotions such as fear and anger?

-Are you aware that much of the world we live in is an illusion? That your thoughts create your reality?

-Are you above the sufferings of humankind, filled with love, grace and compassion?

-Do you have a deep understanding of a greater life purpose while living a happy and fulfilled existence?

-Have you transcended your ego to be free from material wants and desires?

Its OK if you are not enlightened, very few of us are.

More and more people are starting to realize the great powers locked away in our core beings, and are using meditation as a means of tapping into this great source of knowledge and understanding.

An invaluable step on the road to enlightenment, meditation has been used for this exact purpose by numerous cultures and civilizations throughout human history. Meditation allows you to contemplate and reflect upon issues free from the distractions of a sometimes hectic life, allowing your greatest potential to shine through, bringing your sub-consciousness into your consciousness.

Meditation is a means by which the mind is calmed, the body relaxed, and the stress of everyday life is melted away. It is only this state that you can tap into your source, where you are always enlightened.
